Hi guys a just a quick question does anybody have black discharge before there period mines just came out of the blue usualy i get loads of pms but i went to the loo and had loads of black discharge then my af started after is that normal my af lasted 3 days xx

It's just old blood. I had that after I went off of birth control.

This happens to me like every other month or so. I spot like that for 3-5 days then have my regular period for 3-5 more days. My mood swings/irritability seem to be much worse during these weird periods. I have told my OB but they brush it off.

I stared doing essential oils and discovered this black bleeding could be from Liver Qi Stagnation. Type in Google "Optimizing your fertility with Essential Oils." Its a pdf.

"Symptoms of Liver Qi Stagnation are PMS, irritability, depression, frustration,
irregular periods, breast pain, worry, headaches and dark colored blood with
clots."
