Davina's are really good, hard but effective.

If you have Sky, there's a channel called Fitness TV which is basically different exercise programmes on continuously, there's some decent ones on there. I have sky+'d a few and if I cant be doing with the gym I sometimes do them at home instead :)

The zumba looks really good, i have seen it advertised a few times during the night when i have been unable to sleep. when you see the before and after effects it looks worth it. It isnt really hard excercise its basically just latin dancing excercise and it looks really fun xx
