As the title says really. My job is 12 hour nightshifts from 9pm-9am, my work is an hour away from home and i told them i couldnt return to nights before i came off. However There is a possibilty i can get moved to a location five minutes from home but only if i stay on nights.
My concern is about expressing through the night obviously pumping isnt as efficient as feeding LO so Im worried that reducing how much milk Im removing through the night when the milk making hormones are highest will effectivley kill off my supply.
If anyone has any experience to share it would be appreciated.
