I'm 3 months pp from second pregnancy and my muscles have separated this time and not gone back. I was a size 8 pre pregnancy now I look about a 10/12 which is fine but my tummy protrudes quite obviously. I'm seeing a physio and she's giving me some exercises as I have a 2 finger gap around my bellybutton. Has anyone had a diastasis and it closed up with exercises ?? I've bought that lose your mummy tummy book too about tupler technique anyone doing these ?
