I have been getting a massive-gaping-hole hungriness every two hours, regardless of how much I ate two hours ago. If I ignore it too long (feeling like I JUST ate, or don't really want to eat) it turns into a semi-queasy tummy. Yesterday I didn't eat for four hours (quite full from lunch) then suddenly I was feeling really iffy. I made myself eat a little something (S L O W L Y) and felt better for it, but this is a bit hard to get the hang of.
If this is all ms amounts to I'll be quite grateful. Definitely not complaining, lol.
While I'm still adapting though, does anyone have snack/mini-meal suggestions that are relatively easy? Things haven't been terribly appealing lately....
