I carried super low with my son, which was great for breathing, but not so great for my pelvic floor muscles. I didn't 't have any bad complications, but I know they were quite stretched and weakened from DS. The doctors and nurses always commented on how low he was ("it must feel weird walking around with your baby's head literally right between your legs!" was one comment lol).
With that in mind I'm really afraid this next one will somehow be even lower and will totally wreck me down below! Not only aesthetically, I'm afraid of becoming incontinent, preterm labor, all of that! I didn't have any such problems with DS, not even a rogue piddle when I laughed hard (lol) but I feel like that was a miracle!
Can anyone put my fears to rest??? I'm doing kegels as I type lol!
