Anyone else deal with bleeding?

I'm 7 weeks today and have been having off and on spotting, brown and pink, but have had red as well. Scan showing heartbeat is 145bpm despite the bleeding. Anyone else dealing with this? The anxiety is really getting to me.

I am and have been since around 6 weeks. I have an SCH which is getting smaller but still causes me to have some bleeding from time to time, especially if I exercise a little too much. I've had enough scans by this point to know the baby is okay but yeah, I get worried every time the spotting shows up.

I have a sensitive cervix, so bowel movements cause spotting, and if I have to push, I will have bleeding within a day or two. I'm not sure about the state of my embryo, but I do know that the bleeding has nothing to do with the baby and everything to do with the pregnancy hormones. I have had this with all but my first pregnancy, and they're all perfect kids, born full term (3 were late, in fact).
