I honestly don't feel like my body is my own anymore! I went to Asda today to do some shopping with DH...was there for only half an hour and my back was KILLING me. Now, as I sit here typing, my legs are aching very very badly as though I've just run a mile!

How the heck will I manage to push this baby out...:dohh: I feel weak and pathetic.

Sorry - this turned out to be more of a rant than a question. lol

 yep me!

nope hang on... change that to a 90yr olds body & thats how I feel  xx

argh i totally know how u feel and ive still got over 9 weeks to go, im dreading what im gunna be like at the end, i think ill need a wheelchair !

Oh my god I'm so fed up feel worn out & pathetic too Im even fed up of moaning but can't stop! So glad I'm not the only one! Can't believe i've got 6 wks or more to go!

yep i feel like that sometimes. esp going up stairs, im exhausted!

Yes! I was telling someone at work (the only girl there who doesn't have kids, I think I scared her) that this is an interesting preview of being 80.

I have blisters from water retention... my ankles are actually doing that roll thing that 80 year olds do... and so sore grr...
I am counting down the seconds til I can return to at least a normalish version of my body =/xx

Yes, I feel like I am so mid/top heavy right now.....I am glad I only have a few more weeks to go......can't wait to drop a few pounds and feel somewhat 'normal' again~*

I went to our shopping centre yesterday and DH pushed me round in a wheelchair! Was a bit embarrased to start with, mainly because I didn't know how people would look at me etc... but I haven't been able to get out properly in weeks due to SPD.

Whilst I felt like an 80 year old disabled person, I enjoyed being out the house so much, we are going back to do it again today!

Xxx

Hehe! I feel like I'm gona have to invest in one of those electric chair lifts! :haha:

Haha :haha: OH says he's gonna get me one of those... He also says that we'll need to call the fire service when I go into labour to get me outta the house. I honestly did not expect to feel this way, I have been lucky as I have only felt like a 90 yr old over the last week or so since the swelling started and baby started to drop and put added pressure on my pelvis.... Not much longer to go I hope

me 2! also feel liek a big burley man cause i cant quite close my legs when im sitting down lol who knows why im taking it babys head is LOW either way im over it! xx

Yeah, and after delivery, add incontinence to the list. Gettin' old, gettin' old.

Yeah, it felt so good to get out of the house - spd has crippled me too but I just about managed half an hour in Asda. Ahhh fresh air!

You're right!

Awww poor you, sounds like you need to have a lie down. What is embarassing is when the old people are overtaking you as you waddle down the street, then you know just how slow you really are!

yep me too. I will have a massive amount of sympathy for the elderly and people who struggle to get around - I know exactly how they feel now!!
