anyone else feel like this

i woke up this morning not feeling right with a slight headache & my left hand feeling a bit numb after a couple of hrs i thought i better take some paracetamol took them about 2 ,i feel a little sick & really tired . violet xx

I had this for ages, i woke up every morning with a headache and my body just felt dead etc. turned out i had low iron, could it be that maybe?

Ya I wake up with headaches sometimes. And sore/numb shoulders, it is just from the pressure of you sleeping on them. Pregnancy makes your blood do crazy stuff, so the increase circulation can do that to you.

Hi, I was feeling the same for about 3weeks. Had lots of tiredness too and it turns out im Anaemic, so ask your MW to take some blood to check your HB levels. xx
