Anyone else have a feeling they're going to go early?

I just have this overwhelming feeling that I am not going to make it to my due date with this LO. My first came at 39+1, and I'm measuring almost as big now as I was with him in the end. I guess the only thing I can do is wait and see if my feeling is correct and check to see if anyone else feels this way, or felt this way and has now gone overdue (that, I think, would drive me bonkers )

So who else is going to join my band-wagon of "I'm not making it to my due date" Just a feeling, or is there a reason behind it?

I really have this feeling and i know most twins go early but im not even sure i will make it to 36 weeks :O

I felt that way before 37 weeks and nothing has hapened

I have my goal of making it to at least 35+1 (according to ovulation) which would make it 37 weeks by LMP. I just don't want to go before then, cause then I would have to go to the hospital...

Netsa, I would say you definitely have a reason to think you won't make it to your DD, but I've got my fingers crossed that you will make it to at least 36 weeks

I have that feeling but I have no evidence. I was overdue with my first one and I know my dates are correct so I know my due date is correct. Maybe its because I'm going to have a scheduled c-section and I want to make it to that that I feel like with my luck I'll go early. I just feel like theres not enough space already

Im actually small but its the pains im getting and alot of sickness, also the kicking is getting worse i actually think they are trying to break their way out.

I'm due a c-section anyway at 38 weeks but I'm convinced he'll come earlier anyway. He's already 6lbs, fully engaged. I have a hospital appointment next week as my gynae is pretty worried he's gonna pop before the c-section too!

baby was measuring big at 31 weeks. almost 3 weeks ahead. plus it is my 3rd. i think he's coming before 40wks. just have a feeling. but not scared he will be a preemie as i don't mean that early.

I always thought I'd be early but now I've hot 37 weeks I doubt it more & more each day! Everyone says you'll start to have a "clear out" but this definately hasn't began for me. I've got to give it my all to get anything out of there!! Lol so this is fueling my biggest doubt at the minute! x

I felt like that too but here I am at 6 days over due and not a sniff of labour plus my baby isn't engaged either. X x

There is no way I will make it until October. I've got 10 lbs of babies in there now!! I'm just hoping to hit 36 weeks. I will be even happier with 37 weeks but I think I'm dreaming on that one. Contractions throughout the day every day and 1.5 cm dialated does not lead me to believe that I have another 3 weeks of holding these monsters in.

I expect my LO will be early, my third baby was born at 37 weeks weighing 6.5lbs and I am convinced this baby is much bigger, if not heavy then very long, it is the most uncomfortable baby I have ever carried!
I need to hold on for a while yet though, in the next 3 weeks I am moving house, moving offices, and have so much to do at work, I am not ready for LO yet!

me i think hes going to be dead on ... they knew his exact conception date and his EDD has not once changed ... hes measuring dead on now and is 2/5 engaged and im 34 weeks so by 37 weeks i wreckon he will be fully engaged and fingers crossed by 40 hel be here ^_^ xx

ive had this feeling but i have no idea why at all i think its just wishful thinking that she'll be here abit sooner, but not too early of course

I have this feeling but Im not sure if it is just more panic at the moment as Im not fully ready for her to come yet, but that changes as of tomorrow as we are collecting the pram and finishing the shopping list for her.

So if this feeling persists and she wants to show up before 40 weeks then no objections here

I have that feeling but only because I'm no where near ready yet! SO much to do before the baby arrives it's a constant worry. Saying that, I'm sure I will still be here kicking my heels at 41 plus weeks wondering why I was in such a big rush to have everything ready and in order by 37 weeks.
