Anyone else have serious nipple pain?

Seriously, they hurt so much I almost cried when my super fluffy soft cat brushed up to them last night. I've had to wear a bra non stop because of the pain and it's now starting to worry me that if it continues I really don't see how in the world I'm going to be able to breastfeed but I REALLY want to breastfeed my baby!

My nipples never hurt when I bf, and yet hurt loads when Im due on (not when Im pregnant, my whole boobs just hurt now). I wouldnt worry.
