Anyone else have their 36 week appt next Tues, Sept 27th?

just wondering if anyone else has their 36 week appt that day..it'll be my first day of dilation checks and a growth scan..cant wait to see her again..prolly for the last time till shes here..and cant wait to see if im any effaced..dilated..or engaged...havent felt any BH so will be surprised if I am lol..

if you have an appt then do you think you are making any progress towards LO coming out?

I have my 36 on thursday... BUT because im in the UK there will be no internal checks or growth scan for me, just a feel on the outside how far baby is engaged or not!

She wasnt engaged at 34 weeks but m/w said shes 'making her way down there' lol. Been on birthing ball and been getting some cramping and stronger BH so just hope shes made some progress, we will have to wait and see

I am at the midwife on Tuesday too, hoping baby is starting to engage, I'd like him/her on time. Good luck ladies x

I will have my 36 week appointment on tuesday too!! I am not sure if I have made any progress but have been having lots of bh and lots and lots of back pain so we will see

I will also be at OB for my 36 week app't! But not internals will be needed as we are having a planned c-section on Oct 14th...so no need to check

I just had my last growth scan on Wed and our little miracle girly is measuring at 6lbs 4oz!!!
Just can't wait to meet her!!

Good Luck. I have mine on Thursday. I am hoping she doesn't do an internal because 1) I found them quite painful last time, and 2) I was very discouraged hearing I was at 1 cm week after week after week....even after hours of bh contractions. I would love a growth scan though...we'll see.

I have my 36 week appointment on Thursday, and I really hope it doesn't come with an internal check. Quite frankly I hate having a stranger digging around in my bits n pieces..last week I got a 'surprise' Strep B swab which wasn't that fun.
