Does anyone else's heart skip feel like a 2-3 second pause then a thud??

meeeee! mentioned it to the midwife and she checked my blood pressure and stuff but didnt seem concerned about anything x

always scares me when it happens, cause it's like your heart pauses and then THUDS back in... catches me off guard!

I get this too, at least once a day. Scares the hell out of me, and then everything is fine. Glad I'm not the only one.

OH YES!!!! has been happening to me since begining of second tri ....sometimes comes a few times in a row....really scary but doc says its nothing to worry about. Even went to the heart doc and she said it happens in pregnancy sometimes and it is benign, she said its called PVC'S, she described it as an extra heartbeat every now and then and blames hormones and extra blood punping through the heart.
