Anyone else letting down, but been done nursing for a while?

Every 2-3 days, randomly, I will get a very strong let down sensation. It's just 10-15 seconds or so, and it's that unmistakable almost painful pressure/tingling, and just the tiniest bit of milk appears. DS has been weaned since May, so I am shocked by this. It started about a week ago. Just wondering if anyone else is encountering the same, and/or has any explanation for it?

In getting the same feeling and I haven't bf'd in nearly two years! I guess its just hormones - my bbs feel like they're full after OH plays with them while DTD - v uncomfortable!
