I typically run 3-4 miles 3-4 times per week, often pushing DS2 in the jogging stroller. Yesterday wasn't so bad but Sunday and today, I was struggling to get through my run. My muscles felt fatigued, I was getting stitches in my sides and front abdominal muscles, and so out of breath. It felt like I was sprinting uphill even when I was just moderately jogging on flat pavement. Anyone else? I feel like a slacker
