Anyone experienced ovulation changes due to jet lag?

Not sure whether I've O'd earlier or not at all this month which is driving me crazy. Was due to O yesterday but got negative OPKs daily since 24th, including today. Should have started them earlier but don't usually need to. Have read that jeg lag can delay O, don't know if it can cause it to come earlier or I could be very late. I guess I won't know if BD'ing has been successful until either getting a BFP or AF shows

Jet lag can definitely delay O but I'm not sure about it making it earlier :/ It doesn't seem likely, though. Sorry hun.
