I'm in bed at the moment, just watching something on my laptop before going to bed and I've got this pressure feeling on my uterus.... I usually feel pressure there when I wake up in the middle of the night and lay on my back, but that was more on my bladder as far as I thought....as my uterus is then pressing on my bladder I think (when it's full) But I've just been to the toilet and still have that pressure. Anyone else have this feeling??? (Only when laying on my back)

I get this too. It's so uncomfortable isn't it? It's a nightmare at night for me at the moment because of it lol. It takes me aaaaaages to fall to sleep lol.

It is quite uncomfortable yeah... But not as bad as the terrible aching hips I usually get when sleeping on my side (ever since week 16 of my pregnancy) But I think the tip from the midwife - putting a pillow between your knees - helps a bit...Still don't get how it helps, but it seems to help anyway, that's what's most important....

Anyway, do you have any idea why we get this pressure??

i sleep with a pillow against my bump it helps to take the pressure of my hips as i slightly roll on to the pillow, when i toss n turn in the night my uterus feels heavy sometimes tight

I get that too..I always thought it was the baby changing position..:dohh:

I've just been getting this...like when I sleep on my side and roll...it feels like my skin is pulling the other direction when I roll..and if I lay on my back and then I roll to my side it does it too...it kinda hurts a little bit and feels really heavy!

I think it aligns the spine to be more straight.

I get this too...also I was laying on my stomach yesterday, and it felt weird, like I had a small pillow underneath me...I suppose it's my uterus...lol
