Anyone feel this too?

Tonight I've been having cramps that feel like a contraction might start but never does? It's not super u comfortable but definitely has me curious, I had a dr appt yesterday and he said baby's head down in 40% effaced and a fingertip dilated and my cervix was too far posterior, I'm only 35 weeks and 4 days so definitely want her to stay put for a little while longer, but getting anxious to meet our little girl

Don't know if this is your first or not but labor can start off feeling just like menstrual cramps! Both of mine did sounds like your body is getting ready!

Could it be Braxton hicks? I get these a lot and sometimes really strong. It's way too early for me now though x

Yeah I think it was Braxton hick, I started having contractions that were painful but not ones I had to breathe through and they were all over the place and then eventually stopped, so just little miss getting ready 😊
