hey its been 3 months since havng lo.... and my whole body aches... my knees the most then my back then legs and feet.... it feels like muscle pain but knees feel like joint pain so annoying can hardly walk up and down stairs

just wondering does anyone else get this ??

I've had pain in my right hip since my baby was born almost three weeks ago. As long as I'm mobile it's fine but as soon as I get up from feeding him it shoots through me. I feel like I'm falling apart haha!
