As title says really. OH has started going to this therapist as we were having some problems and I basically told him he needed to sort himself out or we were goosed (some of you may have seen some of my posts in Relationships).
He told me at the weekend that he'd been twice and it was good as he was learning a lot about himself, and realised that there have been times where he's been a complete c*nt.
So yeah I wondered if anyone can enlighten me as to what actually goes on in a NLP session as he won't tell me
