Anyone had any luck ttc after first AF after extended breastfeeding?

My LO is 14 months old and i just got my first AF in almost 2 years! We are still breastfeeding/co sleeping but i am trying to (gently) night wean...
So whilst reaching for the pads today i came over all broody and wondered, any stories of ladies getting pregnant whilst breastfeeding??

#2 was conceived at 12.5 months pp before AF ever returned.
#3 (MMC) was conceived at 18 months pp with one AF.
#4 was conceived first cycle post miscarriage.

I've been continuously breastfeeding since #1 was born and tandem nursed for 15 months. #2 is still BFing and I am currently 12+5 pregnant.
