Anyone had bleeding on cd17??

As title says I'm day 17 of a 26 (sometimes 28) day cycle. This is my first month of ttc, yesterday evening I had very mild but noticeable cramps, and this morning I went to the toilet (number 2, but didn't strain excessively), and on wiping there was fresh red blood, bit like start of a period, more than spotting. I've put a pad on, but nothing else so far. I think it's far too early for it to be implantation surely?? I'm up to date with my smears (had last one in April this year). Anyone else have or had anything similar? Ps: it's not sex related, haven't done that for few days.

Could be a bit of ovulation spotting
