Anyone had cramps and twinges after OV?

Hi ladies,

As the title says I had strong ovulation pains around both ovaries 2 days ago coinciding with my positive opk, but today I have more like light cramps but lots of twinges in both sides still but it's lowering like around my Fallopian tube area and creamy CM I am 1/2DPO.

This happened to me last cycle, sort of. The strong O-pain was on my RS but after O both sides got twingy? Stayed that way 'til I started this current cycle. And I didn't have a nice swift O shift like the previous month but a hinky little thing . I'm pretty sure this feeling has happened other times before but can't say when . Bodies are .

I don't do charting so not sure what happened with your shift, but our bodies are certainly crazy!
