Anyone had vomit before labor?

With my first born i only had vomiting in active labor but loose stools in early labor. Is it caused by contractions or does "clearing out" cause contractions. Felt good today just tired. Ate a good breakfast 3 hrs ago and went for a orange out of no where got hot and ran to bathroom to throw up basically my whole breakfast. Then few mins late had a large bm (not loose). Now i have heartburn but no real contractions yet. Think its coincidence or could contractions still start up?

I threw up repeatedly before both of my labors but that was about 48-72hrs before I went into labor.

Hi there. I definitely had a good bowel clear out before each of my labours, and before I had my miscarriage ( its how I knew it was on the way). I felt generally odd almost like I was getting the flu, but without the aches and fever. I was shakey, churny in my stomach and had a huge adrenalin rush. Didn't make me vomit, but then I have a really strong stomach and it takes a lot to make me sick.

The bowel movement is caused by a sudden drop in some hormones and a rise in others - all in preparation for labour. Your bowel is kept intentionally immotile by hormones in order to hold on to nutrients etc for longer, and your whole system generally slows down. As labour approaches, this changes and kicks back into action - natures way to gear you up I guess My bowel emptied within 24hrs of full blown labour, but it may be different for you. I definitely say things are beginning to happen for you tho, good luck

I wasn't actually sick but I felt SO sick before the beginning of both my singleton and twin pregnancies. Fingers crossed!! God, I'm so excited about these twins, its almost as if I'm having them with you haha!

i had this before both of my labours. But i also had it for 2 weeks before i was induced with the twins (this is why i was induced) xx

So far vomit and diarehea hasnt produced any babies lol!
