Anyone have cats that act weird when u think your. Pregnant?

Hello ladies this may seem silly but recently my older of two cats who is very independent and don't cuddle or anything has been cuddling into me laying around my stomach like she's protecting it almost and being extremely loving and following me everywhere, she's also been getting in anyone's face who comes near me. So has anyone else had an experience like this so early? Thanks
