Anyone have experience of working with Anne Dobson for tongue tie?

Hi

I have a 1 week old baby with tongue tie. He is being referred to get this snipped, however the waiting list is really long and it could take up to a month. Getting a bit desparate and found a lady Anne Dobson who is a qualified lactation consultant and will do the procedure at home. Made a bit nervous by the fact I just found her on the internet, would really appreciate any comments from someone who has been helped by her in the past or knows someone who has been.

Where in London are you? Kings College hospital in Denmark Hill have a clinic once a week where they get about 50 babies done in a day, I'd give them a call and see if you can't get fit in somewhere.

Thanks Lu for the bump, and to Kota for the reply! Denmark Hill is where he is currently being referred, but is where we have also been told there is a waiting list of up to a month. Someone else suggested that the consultant there may do it privately as well, so am going to look into that too.
