Spoting - light brown - around the time of a pos OPK?

Hoping it is not a bad hormonal sign.....

I've had it a couple of times. It's ok apparently, nothing to worry about. It's just as the egg pops out of the follicle. Absolutely nothing to worry about.
(Although this is assuming it is what I am thinking of, a single instance of pink/red spotting, other types of spotting are a different story. I'm not a doc and this isn't medical advice.)

Thanks! It was light brown - found a few drops on my undies from overnight and then a bit more came out after bding in the morn. Have been obsessively checking since and so far no -more. 630ish pm now.
