Anyone out there giving birth in Ottawa, Ontario?

hey ladies,

just wondering if any canadians out there are from Ottawa? if yes, which hospital are you giving birth at? I will be at the Ottawa Civic campus and since this is my first i don't really know how good the hospital is, but looking forward to hearing any stories about Ottawa hospitals

I'm in the Ottawa area and will be delivering at the Montfort
It's my first so have no experience with the different hospitals but do have friends who have delivered at the civic and were happy with their experience

I did my moms and babes massage outreach at the Civic...so if you're there the days they do the massage outreach you can maybe get a free massage if you want it

I don't live there anymore though and have no kids yet so I don't know about which hospital to give birth at. I know someone who didn't like the civic though, but it seemed like a nice place when we did the outreach there. The decor is kinda ugly, but the labour rooms are pretty spacious.
