Anyone predicted a fast labor or early delivery?

this is my first baby, but my doctor predicts Im gonna have her early too because shes a big'n

Having a fast labour the first time means you're more likely to have a fast one again but it isn't always the case, ditto for baby being born early. My eldest was born at 37 weeks but my second eldest was born at bang on 42 weeks. Second eldest and second youngest were precipitous labours but my youngest wasn't all that fast, established labour was around 3-4 hours (not 100% as they checked me when I was 1cm dilated and then didn't check me at all until he came out) but I had been in slow labour for 48 hours before that xx

I know several people who had fast labors and ended up delivering at home. I would love a home birth, are you considering it at all?
