Anyone started takin soya isoflavones am starting tomorrow an need help

Am starting to take soya isoflavones tomoorrow it will be cd 3 so i will take that for 5 days its only 40mg my friend said to take 3 tablets i. The morning as my blood test show no ovulation an i have pcos so my periods are all over pleasee help an has anyone gotten pregnant with these xx

i took them this month phytolife from day 3 to 7, im like day 10 today so still waiting for anything but will keep you up to date

i took em last time only took em for 3 days cos they made me rough, take em at night its easier but i got my that cycle
