Anyone taken Clomid and Malarone?

Hi ladies,
I have a problem that I am hoping some one can help me with.
We have unexplained infertility and i have been put on clomid.
My next cycle is ment to start tomorrow so I am ment to start taking the clomid on Monday.
The problem I have is we have just got back from our honey moon and I have to take an anti malaria tablet called malarone. We had to take it 2days before we left, the whole time we was out there and 7 days after we got backWeAr was told that malarone was the only tablet that wouldn't interfere with ttc because as soon as we finished the course I could start taking clomid.
That worked perfectly to my cycle to the day, however I woke up this morning with watery brown cm which is a sign for me that af is in her way in the next few hours. I still have today's and tomorrow's malarone tablets to take and that means i would have to take clomid on the last day of taking malarone.
My doctor is not in today so I cannot call him and ask him what I should do.
Has anyone been on malarone whilst taking clomid? Or know anyone who has?

I don't know if I should not take the last malarone tablet or take it the morning and the clomid in the evening.

I know this is not your normal question but any advise will be really appreciated.

I need the answer to this too! Going to India in December and have been advised to take them, but it will be our first month TTC again so not sure what to do!

Hope someone provides an answer.
