Anyone taking progesterone during tww?

The doctor I saw doesn't know what she is talking about and told me to start taking it cd 14 (I o 18-20 of a 28-29 day cycle) so this is my first month taking it when I should. I got my first pos opk on Friday (Christmas) so 3 days ago- when do I start taking it?

Hello! My doctor has me always take it at 3 dpo. That way I know I've already Oed. I hope that helps!
