Hi ladies,
I am ttc number 3. I am on my fourth month ttc but have only ovulated twice (45-50 day cycles). I heard vitex helps regulate cycles so I got some and started on cd5.
Has anyone used this? Was it successful?
Do you use it all cycle or stop after o? Do you stop immediately at bfp or wean off?
