My first thoughts are that it's just marketing, but does it actually work? Saw the Hipp Goodnight Milk in the shop and wondered if it would help LO sleep a little longer at night. I'm not in any rush to have her sleeping longer, though it would be nice. I'm just curious. I'm aware that it can only be used from 6 months, so if I were to try it, which I probably won't end up doing, I will obviously wait til she is 6 months.

Has anyone had any experience with it?

We use hipp and tried the goodnight milk a few weeks ago at 6 months. I had really high hopes. Its SO thick but my LO took it fine. Unfortunately it made his sleep worse and he was v gassy. Tried for three nights and it was just getting worse.
We will try again in a few months.

Supposedly it works well for some babies so give it a go- cheap too!

Joy x

A much easier possible fix, without making the formula so thick, would be to add a little rice cereal to baby's bottle. Also, at almost 6 months, have you started baby food feeds three times a day?

I just bought this and it's thicker. LO seemed to like it but I used a slow teat which made it awkward for her to drink enough :dohh: I will be trying a teat with a bigger hole tomorrow.

I heard good things too and I thought, it can't hurt? X

We tried it but just made her more gassy :(

We tried it when it was on offer. Didn't seem to make any difference to sleep, but not long after changing back to normal follow on milk DS decided to stop taking his bottles. So maybe it tasted nicer than normal milk or something?
