Hi there, sorry I know this was done not long ago but cant find the thread, Kiddicare have the travel system that we want significantly cheaper than just about everywhere else, but we have never used them. Has anyone else used them? If so what were your experiences?

I've used them albeit a few years ago and was very happy with the service received and quality of goods.

I'm planning to get my cot bed from them too and keep trying to persuade hubby to take me up to Peterborough for a look around the store!

I live not far from Peterborough and have been to the store a couple of times. (Not this pregnancy yet!) They are very professional, and i have a lot of friends who have used them due to their close proximity to us and they are all happy and recommend it!

I had my pushchair from there and they were awesome! I ordered the pushchair on Sunday morning and it was here on Tuesday am!

I used them just this week, and they are fantastic- probably one of the best companies I have used!

They were really efficient and even sent a text saying that they would be delivering between a certain hour!

i just got a bulk of stuff from them just stuff like bedding blankets dummies towels etc that kinda thing they were rreally fast at the delivery and alot cheaper then anywhere else! x they emailed me to say they would be here between 2.02 and 3.02 and by heck they were! id recommend them in my opinion x

Such a relief as Mothercare onoy sell the one we want at some extortionate amount - found it on offer in Boots but that has been a nightmare, I know we have a long time to get it but while we can pin it down on offer we may as well order it right? and for the sake of placating my mum keep it at a friends house.

Excellent and no probs with returns.

I have heard very good things about them, very quick to deliver and no hassle returning items too x

Yep go for it and order it I say!!!

i ordered from them and my order was on the doorstep within 48hrs .. i was very impressed !!

I bought my cotbed from them..everything was brill and it was arrived after 24 hours..loved it!

we went into the shop yesterday and its great, my brothers used their website before and said it was good

I would read there returns policy - it is fair but strict (time limits etc..)

Also years ago when I had ds (he is 11 now) you had to sign for your delivery but put not checked on it when you signed it - to avoid problems if you open it and something is wrong with it - not sure if thats still the case.

I have used them and had fab service and the prices of some of there items are amazing (we got a £120 travel cot for £60... and it was identical to the £120 one in town).

I've been to the store, which is great if you want to road test the prams, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I've also ordered some stuff from their website. Most of it came within 48 hours (within the one hour time slot allocated to you on the day of delivery!), but my pram is on pre-order. I got an email saying that the expected date of despatch was changed, but it isn't an issue as I made sure to order nice and early!

I've also found that their stock is much cheaper than stores like mothercare and toys r us, so I'd definitely recommend giving it a try!

Hi,

I used kiddicare about 5 years ago for DD and about a week ago for this baby lol.

Very pleased with the service.

I managed to miss my delivery by a few minutes and the deliery company kindly agreed to come back as the driver had another drop in my area a few hours later. I know this says a more about the delivery company but all round the service was excellent.

MissDee
