anyone used maca?

just seen on the net that maca can help fertilty for men and women..

have anyone heard of it? or used it?

My DH's been taking it for a month because his first sperm analysis showed his count was slightly low. We should get the results of his second test on Friday so I'll make sure I update on here to see what difference it has made x
