anyone with hypothyroidism?

I was wonder if anyone here is trying to or has conceived with hypothyroidism? I didn't plan on more babies so I never asked about conceiving with a thyroid disorder. If you have conceived or are trying, what are you doing to help? I've read if you do get pregnant you need to get to the Dr asap to have TSH tested. *sigh* part of me thinks knowing that before the miscarriage would have saved the Pregnancy, but I know it probably wouldn't have made a difference.

I have hypothyroidism. I am on Synthyroid (0.75mg daily) and have been for the past 5-6 years.

My doctor has told me that my thyroid is perfect (while on the meds) and I shouldn't have any issues conceiving. We have been TTC since December 2013. Hoping this is our month.

She hasn't told me that once I get pregnant that I have to get my TSH tested ASAP... so I guess we will see once it actually happens
