Cycle = 40 -45 days, I Didnt know when the heck i ovulated.
We were not trying but i was diagnosed with PCOS when i was 17( am 28 now) So i self administered metformin, got pregnant and m/c at 3 months.
Then saw dr who put me on Clomid and denied observation !!
(what a douche bag) i had CP, cycle was 30 days. He then tried Metformin with clomid ..cycle went to 28 days!! I refused seeing him because i was having bad side effects and i was worried about what the clomid would do to my body so i stopped seeing him. I am currently in the process of changing DR.
But i am continuing Metformin and that seemed to work, i ovulated on around May 3rd.
I do temps and mucus. And i think that gives me the best pic. try this if you have problems. You may also start metformin after consulting your doc because that helps you ovulate and regulate your cycle. Hope this helps
