Anyone work for the Big 4?

Hey there :wave:

I'm wondering if anyone works for the Big 4 Accounting firms and knows the maternity leave policies? I am to start this summer working for one of them full time and am -obviously- apprehensive to ever ask this question.

Does anyone know the policies for this? Like when could you plan to start TTC, how long paid leave is, etc...

I cannot seem to find anything about this anywhere online. Just curious

I don't really know what you mean, are you in the uk? If so all maternity rights are on direct gov and are the same no matter where you work

Wow, that's awesome. No, in the U.S. I know there are state laws.. but I would rather know what kind of policy there is because of paid time.

Hey, I'm in the UK so not sure if it will be the same but my friend works for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and she got six months full pay, three months half pay and the rest statutory if she took the full year off x
