Anyone WTT for a few years?

I would love to get back to TTC at the end of this year but we just aren't in the right situation.
Before we can TTC again I need to ideally have learnt to drive (having 2 kids without being able to drive would be a nightmare) and we need to move to a bigger home. And living in Oxfordshire finding a bigger house we can afford is not looking good!
So looks like we can't TTC for almost 4-5 years!!! I think that's making me extra broody because I know I have to wait so long. But I'm trying to think of the positives:
1. I get more time with my beautiful boy that I can dedicate solely to him!
2. Elijah will be old enough to help mummy when she has a new baby.
3. He should still be sleeping through the night so I won't have to worry about getting up for 2 LOs every night.
4. Elijah will be in either nursery or in school so I'll be able to take LO to all the baby groups I took Elijah to.
5. I can have more time to get further in work before going on maternity leave again.

Anyone else waiting a long time before TTC the next LO?
