Anything to help a yukky tummy in mornings/evenings??

    My tummy is getting a bit yukky. Was hanging over the loo pan this morning thinking I was going to be sick, and same a couple days ago.

    It seems to come and go.

    Anyway, we are off on holiday tomorrow night.

    Anybody have anything that works for them?? Tried, having a bit of toast when it happens but didnt work.

    Only thing that worked for me was having a packet of ginger biscuits, life saver.

    I usually have walnuts and dry apricots when I feel so.. and it helps mostly...

    Hey Girl.. even I'm on my way to vacation tomorrow... :)

    yeah they all say ginger biscuits are supposed to work, even though ive not really been sick yet, ive been off certain foods and replaced them with far too many carbs but cereal and anything bland seams to be fine with me in the morn, as scrambled eggs on toast just makes me a bit queazy thinking about returning to that at this stage :) x
