Aptamil equivalent in the US?

Just curious if anyone knew as it seems like most posters use Aptamil. I googled and a few other sites said maybe it was Enfamil Lipil (a thicker formula designed to reduce spit-up.) Does that sound right to anyone?

No hun I'm not sure if there is an equivalent but it doesn't sound like the enfamil your talking about as Aptamil is really thin probably one of the thinner formula's on the market.

The thicker formula sounds more like a formula we have here called SMA staydown which is for reflux babies designed to help them keep there milk down better.
