Are a few symptoms enough?

Alright, so I am new to this website first off. So I hope I am posting in the right place!

My fiance and I have not been TTC just yet, but we have not been using protection. Mainly just the pull-out method without fail for some time now. We had wanted to wait on a baby just yet till next year, but I am wondering if I may of gotten pregnant. My period is not due for another week. But for the last 5 days or so I have had extremely sore breasts and nipples. For me this is very abnormal. I have never had sore breasts prior to my period, or at any other points in my life. It is painful to the touch and even walking around sometimes. In the past my bras have never caused any discomfort. While I do not know if this is a definite sign I am pregnant, I have also been waking up a lot at night (Normally I am a very sound sleeper and never wake up) and seem to be making a lot more trips to the bathroom. However no nausea or cramping. My breasts do feel like they have gotten slightly larger. I had asked my fiance what he thought, and he agreed they may have gotten larger. So this leaves me wondering if I am pregnant or if something in my body is just out of whack. I have not been pregnant before, so I'm not sure what to expect from my body. But the things I have listed are not normal with me by any means. What do you think? ​

I normally get sore nipples and boobs after ovulation and before period. So although it is not normal for u, that could be one explanation. If u think this is so different for u then u could be pregnant especially as u are not using reliable protection. U will be able to take a test when your period is due. Ive been pregnant and for me, i didnt have any different symptoms from normal expect for a missed period but everyone is different. Good luck, time will tell if u are pregnant or not. I hope u get the outcome u want xxx

Sounds like it could be - not all women get the nausea or the cramping.
