are these Braxton Hicks contractions

since Sunday I have this slight pain timewise in my lower abdomen, which feels like I am getting my period.

I know it's now about time to feel Braxton Hicks contractions, but I am not sure if those are!

I always thought contractions are coming and going, but this pain is constantly over a period of time for about 15-30 minutes.

does anybody know what's that?

Think thats just normal pains TBH!?
Although evertime I get one now I pray that it stays but it never does!

Think it is normal pains of your body getting ready to give birth. It could also be bubs moving down lower into position.
