Are these symptoms Ovulation related?

According to my clearblue digital OPK, I ovulated yesterday. My DH and I have been DTD every day since Friday, Nov 14th (we missed Monday night). We had sex yesterday when I ovulated. I've noticed today that my nipples are getting more sore as the day is going on, along with a tingly feeling, and they look huge! sorry lol. Also, my areolas look swollen and raised. Is this normal? I've never experienced nipple soreness before. I've also got some pain on my left side more towards my lower back with some dull cramping in front. Has anyone else gotten these symptoms around their ovulation time? Ugh.

Oh, and I just noticed that the outer of my areolas looks darker, almost as if there is a ring around them. I have small boobs (a cup), so I can easily spot if something feels/looks different lol
