Are we allowed to eat tuna?

    Some websites say yes, some say no, so i thought i would ask the pro's!

    I reaaaally want some tuna for my lunch!

    yes but the advice is less than 2 cans per week

    Yes, tuna is fine, its just raw shellfish type stuff to avoid.

    I think just 1 or 2 tins tuna a week is the max recommended, pregnant or not.

    I love tuna!!:flower:

    I think tuna steak is limited to twice a week, not sure about canned tuna x

    Yes, as Ellie said it's ok just don't overdo it. I haven't eaten any fresh tuna though but I think you can have it, perhaps once a week, just ensure it's fully cooked.

    I eat tuna (tinned) everyday, its very healthy and full of protein. In my books and with the advice of my MW im allowed up to 4 medium size tins a week. Enjoy...

    Good, thats what we are going to have too! My daughter loves tuna mayo sandwiches:flower:
