Argh ovulation pain!

I got a positive OPK yesterday and my usual temp dip today so I know ovulation is happening. Before I had my implant fitted I would get the odd twinge mid cycle and after having it removed I haven't, and had two confirmed ov's by FF. Well today omg I am in agony, I cannot move without being in pain on my left side, even radiating through to my back. Even when I'm sitting dead still I can still feel an aching, it even hurts when I sneeze! Why am I all of a sudden getting this severe ov pain?! Any you ladies that get bad ov pains can give me any advice? Any feedback would be much appreciated xo

im sorry i dont have any advice for you . but id say maybe take a tylenol.

Thanks. I will try my remedies I use for period pain and see of it helps. Annoying thing is it's going to make difficult but it's gotta be done! Soldier on.

You could have a cyst. don't think ov should hurt that bad.

I had a scan done at end of feb and it was all clear.
