Just curious as to whether anyone else is experimenting with Aromatherapy oils? been using Clary Sage the last 3 weeks in the bath, been out today and got Ylang Ylang and Lavendar oils too, when i gave birth last time at a midwife unit they gave me a blend of all 3 to trigger labour and it smelt lovely! not sure what quantities of each to use though so its all a bit trial and error! Anyone got any advice? I'm not expecting miracles but its really relaxing to pass the time if nothing else! xxx

Not sure about the labor inducing ones, but I think Lavendar is really good for relaxation once labor has started.

And Peppermint I think is an energizing one.
