I sold some adaptors for a maxi cosi car seat to fit onto an Oyster pram.
Ive just got a message from the buyer to say they are for a differnet car seat (Babystyles own one) I did have my suspisions when i used them, but i was sold them from Glasgow pram centre specifically as the maxi cosi ones. I even remember them phoning babystyle and being clear with they types to be ordered.

So now my buyer wants a refund, happy to do so but i want them back obviously!
how do i go about sorting this out?

did he pay you via PayPal or cash on collection??? if via PayPal i think they would tell him to return the item before they gave him the money back! xx

yip just reply asking them to return them recorded for a full refund then do that once recieved. Know its a pain to pay recorded but could cause a whole lot more hassle if they get lost in post Kx

Yeah, you definitely need them back before giving any refund. I doubt anything would protect you if you refunded then they were never returned, Ebay / Paypal do seem to favour the buyer...

Im annoyed at the shop i originally bought them from too, i know what i specifically asked for and they gave me the wrong ones!
Doubt theres anything that can be done a year later :nope:

did u not use them when u bought them hun? what a pain i would still take them back to the shop when u get them back from the buyer!!! xx

Yea I did, they fitted so I never questioned it. The only thing i noticed was it made the car seat quite reclined
