3rd time since we bought this house last May

Gonna enquire if we can get a grant or something for a new one cos we cant afford it and the man who fixed it last time said he did his best but it prob wont last another year

Mine went on Monday, 8th time in 13 months. My landlord went away til Tuesday and now apparantly can't anyone out til 'at least' monday. I hate the god damn thing!

oh thats no good, defo see about getting a new boiler, ours packed in on xmas eve and the guy said we were lucky we hadnt bought the flat or it would have been extortionate
